  Very unfriendly staff. I went in to have a temporary sizer on my wedding ring, which is too big, while I waited to get it sized and to have links taken out of a wooden watch. The woman seemed so put out and said she wouldn't touch the watch because, as she put it, "they always shatter! But she would see if the lady in the back was willing. She was and then she put the ring sizer on, which wasn't put on correctly and a sharp piece of metal stuck out and scratched me. She also informed me that my wedding ring would lose its diamond because the prongs were worn off. It's from 1920. It never had "prongs" to hold the diamond and I'd just had it appraised in Fort Worth and they said it was perfectly sound. They seem angry that anyone comes for repair work and not just to buy. If that is the case then they should advertise as a store, only.
